Detailed information

Create a vacuum environment for the heating process of metal blanks thus minimizing the oxidation phenomenon that occurs during the heating process. This process makes uncoated blanks possible for hot-stamped parts, which are widely used for the hot forming of uncoated door rings, TWB blanks and uneven-thickness blanks. Combined with subsequent electroplating processes, the hot-formed galvanized parts need no shot blasting which may result in deformation.
